and Rental Policy
· Our unit is individually owned, and as
owners we keep them in excellent condition. We appreciate comments, and will make
every effort to make your vacation rental comfortable.
condo complexes are generally considered safe, but there are thieves even in
paradise. We recommend that you use common sense precautions: Lock your doors
and windows, including the Lanai slider (these can be locked partly open for
ventilation with the built in locking screws) and don't leave valuables laying
in plain sight to tempt thieves. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen
· A Reservation
Deposit of US $250.00 (US $ 500.00
during Holiday Season) per unit is required to secure a reservation. This
deposit also serves as a Security Deposit. Full
payment is due 45 days prior to arrival except for the Holiday Season dates of
12/15 - 1/15 of any year, where full payment must be received 60 days in
advance. There will be a $25.00 charge in addition to any Bank charges for any check returned to us
· For payment we accept personal checks, money
orders, and bank issued checks. Please write "U.S. Funds"
on the check if it is not written on a U.S. dollar account. PayPal
is also accepted.
·Regular Occupancy: 2BR
Unit- 4 Persons. Additional persons at $10 per person /day.
Occupancy (per State Law) 2BR-6 persons.
· Cancellation Policy: From date of
booking to 46 days prior to arrival (60 days during the Holiday Season) - refund
less US $50.00 processing fee; 1-45 (60) days prior to arrival, any refund will depend on
number of days accommodation is re-rented.
· Keys & Directions: Directions,
address, unit telephone number and key pick-up information will be sent upon
receipt of final payment.
· No daily maid service available, we
out cleaning only. There is only a start up supply of paper items
and soaps in all units. The renters are responsible to replenish these items as
they are needed for their own use.
You are responsible for locking doors and windows securely anytime you leave! Please leave your unit in good condition.
You will be charged for any lost keys, excess cleaning or damage to the property during
your stay from your Security Deposit. Charges are not limited to the
deposit amount in case of damages. Your deposit will be returned within 30 days of
Departure less any charges as mentioned above.
· Check in time: after 3:00 p.m.
Check out time: no later than 11:00 a.m. There is an additional charge for
late check-outs and may be available on a half-day basis during low season, if
we do not have a same day back to back occupancy. Late check-outs or half-day
rates may not be available, especially during high season (12/15 to 4/15). If a
late check out is desired, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will
try to accommodate.
All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice
prior to accepting a deposit.
