Our third story unit overlooks the Pool and Ocean, as well as the putting green. You gaze across the lawn to the ocean where the gentle waves of the Pacific wash the Beach. This is a great place for vacationing!

The Master Suite is located upstairs with a Queen bed and decorated in Island Style with a banana palm leaf ceiling fan. You can look down for a view out of the oversized Lanai window. Sleep with your lanai door opened to fresh island air. The restful rush of the tropical breeze in the palm trees fronting your condo will lull your senses. The second bedroom downstairs has twin beds and a ceiling fan. A Queen fold out couch in the living area  can handle extra guests. 

For you golfers, there is a putting green directly below your lanai. The World famous golf courses of Wailea and Makena are only minutes away. Your central location is close to everything on the Island. Wailea's Golf Courses and Hotels are 10 minutes south: Azeka's Place with shops and dining  is only a mile, Ma'alaea Harbor with its great restaurants and the Maui Ocean Center is 10 minutes up the road, and the airport is only 15 minutes away in Kahului. Lahaina and Ka'anapali are about 20 minutes up Highway 30 beyond Ma'alaea. Also be sure to visit the Kula Botanical Gardens on the way to Haleakala Crater

Luana Kai Rates: (Posted prices subject to change without notice)
Regular Occupancy: 4 Persons. Additional persons at $5/day  (children under 2 free), maximum occupancy is 6 persons per state law.                                       
(Elevators not available at Luana Kai complex)

For stays under 7 nights, a $90 cleaning fee (our cost) will apply
December 15 - January 14 (14 night minimum) $220/night 
January 15 - April 30 $199/night 
May 1 - June 10 $169/night 
June 11- August 31  $179/night 
September 1 - Nov 12 $159/night 
November 13 - December 14  $179/night
